Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: Yes, we accept orders from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Luxemburg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United Stated directly through our website. If you are outside one of these locations, just email . We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world utilizing DHL and EMS. We do not accept order from Brazil, Poland, India, turkey, Denmark and Nigeria.

 

Q: Do you do international deliveries?

A: We do shipping to those countries and regions including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Luxemburg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United Stated. Q: What are the accepted forms of payment?
A: We accept payment by valid Credit Cards, only Visa. Payment by cash, cheque, money orders, government subsidized program card, gift card, personal check or store charge account and American Express are unavailable.

Q: I don’t have Visa or Master Card, what can I do?
A: You could pay with Western union, and accept 10% discount for your western union payment. You could just contact us via email or live chat for our Western union information.

Q: Why am I getting an error when I try to pay with my credit card?
A: If you are trying to checkout using credit card as your payment method but receiving an error, please go back and place an order again. Please check with your credit card company to verify that your card is in good standing if your three orders or more did not go through.
 
 

Q: Why was my credit card charged if my order did not go through?
A: If you did not receive an order confirmation number at the end of the transaction, your order was not completed. Our store will reserve funds for purchases from credit cards. These reserved funds will appear back on to your credit card within 24-48 hours. All successful orders would receive an order confirmation number will be billed the charged amount when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

Q: What happens if a product is not available?
A: Due to the popularity of some product exclusive we may sell out at times of an item you wish to purchase. Should additional product become available we will redisplay this on the website. Back orders will not be accepted.

Q: What are the timeframes for orders placed on Our store?
A: The time for delivering depends on your location, the item(s) you ordered. Usually, we would arrange your shipment in 12 hours once your payment is cleared. There are two shipping methods, EMS and DHL. EMS is the main shipping method, which takes 5-7 business days to arrive your door. And please notice that orders from some long distance countries, such as Italy, Netherlands and so on, should be shipped by DHL Express, usually arriving in 3-5 business days . Q: How do I change my order after it has been placed?
A: Please send us Email at to change your order where possible we will accommodate. If your order has been already customized, as per our returns policy we will not be able to adjust it.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because we process all orders as quickly as possible within one day after receive your order payment, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed.

Q:  How do I cancel an order?

A: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. Firstly, you should contact our customer service request for a returning address. And Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition.
